This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit regenerativelongevity.com, submit forms, communicate with us by SMS or email, or use any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
1) What We Collect
Information you provide
- Contact details: name, email, phone number, clinic/practice name, role, address.
- Form submissions: provider applications, reorder details, patient inquiry/referral information, preferences, messages.
- Communications: SMS/texts, emails, call recordings/voicemails where permitted by law.
- Payment/logistics (partners): purchase orders, shipping info, account numbers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically
- Device/usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, time on page, and interactions.
- Cookies & similar tech: pixels, tags, SDKs used for analytics, performance, and marketing (see Section 8).
Sensitive information
We do not intend to collect protected health information (PHI) through public web forms. Do not submit diagnosis or treatment details. If you become a clinical partner, any health-related data processing occurs under separate agreements and applicable laws.
2) How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the Services, intake forms, provider onboarding, reorders, and support.
- Communicate with you by email and SMS, including confirmations, reminders, onboarding, training notices, reorder prompts, and promotional messages (opt-out anytime).
- Improve and secure the Site via analytics, debugging, and fraud prevention.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms, protect rights, safety, and property.
- Marketing & personalization where permitted by law and your preferences.
Legal bases for processing (EU/UK): performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., site security, communications with partners), consent (e.g., marketing, cookies), and legal obligations.
3) SMS/Text & Email Communications
- Opt-in: By submitting forms or contacting us, you consent to recurring SMS and email from Regenerative Longevity. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply.
- Opt-out (SMS): Text STOP to end all texts. Text HELP for help.
- Opt-out (Email): Click unsubscribe in any marketing email. Transactional emails may still be sent as permitted.
- Carriers: Not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery varies by carrier/location.
- Data processed: phone/email, message content, timestamps, delivery status and metadata.
4) How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share as follows:
- Service providers/processors: hosting, CRM/marketing automation, email/SMS platforms, analytics, payment and fulfillment, customer support. They must use data only to provide services to us.
- Clinical partners (with your direction): If you request a referral or consultation, we may share your inquiry/contact details with an appropriate clinic partner.
- Business transfers: merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Legal compliance and safety: to meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights or users.
5) Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, and to opt-out of certain processing.
- How to submit a request: Email tina@regenerativelongevity.com or call (844) 876-5433. Provide your name, contact info, the right you wish to exercise, and proof we are dealing with the correct person.
- Verification: We may request reasonable information to verify your identity.
- Agent requests (CA): Authorized agents must provide signed permission and we may still verify you directly.
- Appeals: If we deny a request (where applicable), you may appeal by replying to our decision email.
California (CPRA)
California residents can request disclosure, correction, deletion, and to limit use/disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information to what’s necessary to provide requested services. We do not sell or share personal info for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by CPRA.
Colorado/Connecticut/Virginia/Utah & other U.S. states
Similar rights may apply, including rights to access, delete, correct, obtain a portable copy, and opt-out of targeted advertising or profiling where applicable.
EU/UK (GDPR)
You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing). You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
6) Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described, including:
- Leads and inquiries: typically 24–36 months from last interaction, unless you request deletion sooner.
- Partner account/order data: retained as required for business, tax, and regulatory compliance.
- Communications logs: retained consistent with our security, audit, and legal obligations.
We will delete or de-identify data when no longer necessary, subject to legal requirements and backup cycles.
7) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8) Cookies, Analytics & Ads
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Essential: site functionality, security, anti-fraud.
- Performance/Analytics: traffic measurement, diagnostics (e.g., first-party analytics, Google Analytics).
- Marketing: measure campaign performance and, where permitted, show or suppress messages based on interest.
Your choices: You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Where required, we will honor your cookie preferences via a banner or settings link. We currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
9) Children’s Privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
10) International Data Transfers
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws than your home country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.
11) Third-Party Links & Sites
Our Services may link to third-party websites, services, or features. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
